  1. 550 g flour
  2. 1 tbs baking powder
  3. 300 ml water
  4. 1 tbs salt

1. Overview of ingredients

2. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll out thinly.

4. Heat up oPan large at highest level until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

5. Reduce to level 2 and place one piece in oPan.

6. Turn after approx. 1 minute and finish baking. Continue with the remaining pieces.

7. Lay one flatbread with ingredients you like and lay another one on top.

8. Roast Quesadillas again from both sides for approx. 2 minutes.

Tip

  • For the filling select ingredients as you like: - Cheese slices, e.g. B. Mozzarella, Parmesan, Brie, Gorgonzola or goat cheese - Cooked ham or raw ham, salami or bacon - Arugula or lettuce - Cream cheese, ricotta or crème fraîche - Pesto or olive paste - Grilled vegetables or mushrooms - Pears or figs
