Ingredients
- 300 g pork strips
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 50 g raisins
- 140 g pineapple chunks (canned), rinsed
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbs curry
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Remove the pork strips from the fridge approx. 30 minutes before preparation and dap dry with paper towel. Close the pot with the EasyQuick with the 20 cm sealing ring.
2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and roast the meat on all sides.
3. Add cranberries and raisins, cut pineapples into chunks, and also add to the pot. Deglaze with coconut milk and season with curry, salt, and pepper.
4. Cover again with the EasyQuick, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook the strips of meat for approx. 10 minutes in the steam area.
Tip
- You can replace the pork with chicken. Add two apple wedges to the chicken curry before cooking to give it a sweet, fruity taste.
