Ingredients
- 1 kg mussels
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 tbs olive oil
- pepper
Preparation
1. Wash the mussels well and remove the beards. Sort out any mussels which are already open.
2. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the parsley.
3. Add the oil and garlic to the pot, switch to a medium level and roast briefly the ingredients until the garlic starts to color very slightly.
4. Put mussels in the pot and add white wine.
5. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 2 minutes in the steam area.
6. Season with pepper, sprinkle with parsley and serve. Remove any mussels which are still closed.
