Minced meat sauce stroganoff

  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 red bell pepper
  3. 1 green bell pepper
  4. 2 gherkins
  5. 100 g white mushrooms
  6. 600 g minced beef
  7. salt, pepper
  8. 2 tbs sweet paprika powder
  9. 200 ml red wine
  10. 300 ml meat broth
  11. 2 tbs brown mushrooms
  12. 100 ml cream

1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean the bell pepper and cut into fine strips together with the pickles. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth and cut into fine slices.

2. Close the pot with the EasyQuick with the 20 cm sealing ring. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and roast the meat in batches.

3. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

4. Stir in the onions, pepper, mushrooms, and pickles. Deglaze with red wine and add the meat broth. Stir with sauce thickener and close with the EasyQuick again.

5. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook stroganoff for approx. 10 minutes in the steam area.

6. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick and round off with cream.

Tip

  • Sprinkle dish with chopped parsley as desired. Best served with pasta or rice.
