Ingredients
- 600 g carrots
- 1 shallot
- 1 piece ginger
- 5 stalks coriander (or parsley)
- 20 g butter
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Peel and finely dice the shallot.
2. Put carrots dripping wet into a pot and spread the shallot cubes over them. Place pot on hob and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 20 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the vegetable window, set hob at low level and cook until done.
4. Peel ginger and grate finely, pluck coriander leaves and chop finely. Then add both together with butter to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
