Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ts fat, oil or butter
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
2. Switch to a low level, add fat and spread it around evenly.
3. Beat the eggs in the pan and cook until done, as desired. Season with salt and pepper.
