Chicken, Andalusian-style

  1. 2 onions
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 4 chicken thighs (approx. 200 g)
  4. salt, pepper
  5. 250 ml dry white wine
  6. 2 twigs rosemary
  7. olives
  8. olive oil

1. Overview of ingredients

2. Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion in strips, chop garlic very small.

3. Set Navigenio at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and brown chicken thighs on both sides.

5. Remove, add onion and garlic and brown evenly.

6. Deglaze with wine and add rosemary. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place back in pot.

7. Close with Secuquick softline. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Enter approx. 8 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm and turn it until the turbo symbol appears.

8. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps at the end of cooking time, place pot with the Secuquick softline on a heat-resistant surface and leave it to depressurise by itself. Remove Secuquick softline.

9. Remove rosemary, place Navigenio overhead and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 8 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake until brown and crispy.

10. Add olives to the sauce and season with salt, pepper and olive oil prior to serving.
