Ingredients
- 600 g cucumber
- 1 onion
- 50 g bacon cubes
- salt, pepper
- 2 tomato
- 4 stalks dill
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
Preparation

2. Peel cucumbers, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thick slices. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices.
3. Place pot on stove and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at low level and fry the bacon cubes. Add the onions and fry briefly. Add the cucumbers and season with salt and pepper.
5. Set stove at highest level, heat pot up to the vegetable window, set at low level and cook approx. 10 minutes using Audiotherm.
6. In the meantime, cut tomatoes into quarters, remove core and dice. Pluck the dill tips and chop finely.
7. Stir the sour cream, dill and tomato cubes into the cucumber vegetables and season to taste with salt, pepper and white wine vinegar.
Tip
- You can quickly turn the cucumbers into a fully-fledged dish. Form small dumplings out of 2-3 unbrewed coarse fried sausages and fry all around in a HotPan until light brown. Add to the vegetables and let simmer for 1-2 minutes depending on the size.
