Assam Prawn (Tamarind Sauce Shrimp)

  1. 400 g shrimps
  2. 100 g assam paste
  3. 2 tbs chilli sauce
  4. 1 tbs tamarinds ripe canned
  5. 1 tbs sugar
  6. 2 tomatoes
  7. 1 onions
  8. 1 fresh red chili pepper
  9. 5 pieces kaffir lime leaves
  10. 2 stalks lemongrass

1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Peel and slice the onion. Slit the red chili, remove the seeds and shred it. Wash the kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass.

2. Mix tamarind with water and squeeze out the juice.

3. Pour assam paste and the chili paste into the HotPan and mix evenly.

4. Add tamarind juice, sliced onion, kaffir lime leave and lemongrass and cover with the lid.

5. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter 2 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.

6. At the end of cooking time add prawns and close with the lid.

7. Set Navigenio at "A", enter 3 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit in on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears again.

8. At the end of cooking time, switch off Navigenio and add sugar. Stir and mix well before serve.

9. Garnish with red chili and serve hot.
