Ingredients
- 1/2 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 tbs olive oil
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 10 pitted black olives
- 4 fresh cod (150 g each)
- fresh chopped basil
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Chop the onion into small cubes using the Quick Cut. Chop the garlic into slices.
3. Lay onions in pot, place it on Navigenio and set at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2, stir and add the garlic and 6 tablespoons of oil. Roast briefly and add the whole cherry tomatoes.
5. Cover with the EasyQuick and set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 2 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the steam symbol appears.
6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the steam window, open and add the olives in slices and the pieces of cod.
7. Keep Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 2 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it back on Visiotherm and turn it until the steam symbol appears.
8. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the steam window, open and add the chopped basil.
9. Add salt if necessary and serve.
Tip
- This recipe is ideal for the summer. Refreshing and light at the same time. Try substituting basil if you can't find parsley.
