Garden vegetable soup

  1. 1/2 onion
  2. 2 carrots
  3. 1/2 zucchini
  4. 1/2 red pepper
  5. 1/2 leek (the white part)
  6. 50 g green beans
  7. 150 g pasta for soup
  8. 1 L chicken broth

1. Clean and peel vegetables and cut it with the Quick Cut into very small cubes.

2. Place all ingredients in the pot cold. Close with the Secuquick Softline.

3. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 1 minutes cooking time. Fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the Soft symbol appears.

4. Place pot with Secuquick Softline on a heat-resistant surface and leave to depressurise by itself.

5. Season with salt and it's ready!

Tip

  • If you don't have chicken stock, you can add 1 cube of concentrated stock with water.
