Mixed deep-fried

  1. 250 g waxy potatoes
  2. 1/2 bell pepper (red or green)
  3. 200 g fish (e.g. salmon or tuna fillet or anchovies)
  4. 400 ml oil for deep-frying
  5. salt, pepper

1. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, clean bell pepper and cut into wide strips. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to medium level and add potatoes to the hot oil. Deep-fry until the turning point is reached.

3. Turn potatoes, add bell pepper and fish pieces and deep-fry as well until turning point is reached. Turn the fried food and finish deep-frying uncovered until everything is golden brown.

4. Remove from the pan, allow to drain on paper towel, season and serve immediately .
