Ingredients
- 500 g mixed cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, romanesco)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbs date syrup
- 1 tbs dukkah
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables and divide into bite-sized pieces, place in the Softiera insert. Pour 150 ml of water into the pot, place the Softiera insert inside it. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing.
2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 6 minutes in the steam area.
3. Stir olive oil and all the ingredients up to and including the dukkah, season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, remove the Softiera insert and arrange the vegetables on a platter. Drizzle with dressing and let cool a little. Distribute the pomegranate seeds over the salad to serve.
Tip
- Dukkah is an oriental spice mixture with nuts and herbs.
