Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 25 g ginger
- 1 stick lemongrass
- 2 ts AMC Red Delight
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 40 ml rice or sugar cane vinegar
- 1 ts brown sugar
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 ts black peppercorns
- 50 ml water
Preparation
1. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Peel the ginger and cut into coarse strips, press on lemongrass.
2. Dab the chicken drumsticks dry. Mix AMC Red Delight with soy sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar. Stir in the remaining ingredients up to and including peppercorns; marinate chicken drumsticks in it for approx. 2 hours in the fridge.
3. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade; let marinade drip off. While doing so, collect the marinade and remove the garlic so that it does not burn when roasting.
4. Place the pot on the Navigenio, heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, switch to level 2, put the chicken drumsticks in, and roast until the turning point is reached. Turn the chicken drumsticks and add marinade, garlic and water. Heat the pot on level 6 up to the vegetable window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 20 minutes in the vegetable area.
5. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, bake for approx. 5 minutes.
