Stuffed tomatoes

  1. 1 onion
  2. 12 round tomatoes (approx. 100 g each)
  3. 150 g vegetables (e.g., zucchini or bell pepper)
  4. 100 g feta
  5. 1 bunch parsley
  6. 100 g couscous (cooking time: max. 4 minutes)
  7. 2 ts mixed dried herbs
  8. 50 g raisins
  9. salt, pepper

1. Peel the onion and finely chop in the Quick Cut.

2. Cut off the stem base from the tomatoes. Cut off a lid and hollow out the tomatoes. Finely chop halve of the tomato pulp and lids in the Quick Cut.

3. Clean and finely dice the vegetables. Finely dice the feta, finely chop the parsley. Mix everything with couscous, herbs, and raisins. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with the mixture and place on the oval insert.

4. Pour 200 ml water into the pot and place the oval insert inside the pot.

5. Close with the Oval EasyQuick, heat the pot on the highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 4 minutes in the steam area.

Tip

  • The rest of the hollowed-out tomatoes can be used to make a tomato sauce.
