Ingredients
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 dried figs
- 300 ml almond milk
- 60 g fine oats
- 1 tbs dried cranberries
- 2 tbs coconut flakes
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Preparation
1. Finely dice dates and figs.
2. Pour almond milk in the pot, add oats, dried fruit and shredded coconut, mix.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch off the hob, add the oats and stir.
4. Let the porridge stand uncovered for a few minutes, drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.
Tip
- The porridge can be topped off with other fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. as desired.
- You can use other nut and soy milk products instead of almond milk.
