Ingredients
- 2 kg potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g chorizo
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 ts paprika powder
- 4 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 L meat broth
Preparation
1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the onion and garlic, clean the bell pepper, and finely chop everything. Peel the chorizo and cut into slices.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot, heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low Level and briefly roast.
3. Add the bay leaves, ground paprika, tomato sauce, and oil and stir.
4. Add the chorizo and potatoes, add the meat broth, and mix.
5. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 20 minutes in the vegetable area.
6. Season to taste with salt and let rest for a few minutes.
