Ingredients
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 250 g cornetti pasta
- 300 g carrots
- 2 red onions
- 2 pickles
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red-peeled apple
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 300 g pork sausage
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbs mustard
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Mix the noodles and vegetable broth in a pot. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close the lid. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low Level and cook for approx. 4 minutes in the soft area. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize the Secuquick and remove it and stir the noodles well.
2. Peel the carrots, finely dice, and add dripping wet into the pot. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the vegetable area. Let the pasta and carrots cool.
3. Peel the onions and dice together with the pickles. Clean and dice the bell pepper too. Quarter, core, and dice the apple and mix together with lemon juice.
4. Cut the pork sausage into strips. Stir in the yogurt and mayonnaise with the mustard and season well with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta and the rest of the ingredients with the dressing.
5. Cover and let the salad marinate in the fridge for approx. 2 hours and season to taste again before serving.
Tip
- If cooking the noodles without Secuquick, please cook according to the description on the package.
