Steamed fish

Fish:
  1. 1 untreated lemon
  2. 1 ready-to-cook whole fish (approx. 300 g; tilapia, etc.)
Seasoning sauce:
  1. 1 small piece of ginger
  2. 3 cloves of garlic
  3. 1 small red chili
  4. 2 tbs roasted sesame oil
  5. 100 ml water
  6. 2 tbs soy sauce

1. Cut lemon into slices. Stuff fish with the lemon slices and place in the Softiera insert.

2. Peel the ginger and garlic, finely chop with the chili. Mix everything with sesame oil, water and soy sauce. Add the seasoning sauce to the pot and place the Softiera insert with the fish inside the pot.

3. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 6 minutes in the steam area.

4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, remove the Softiera insert and plate the fish together with the seasoning sauce.
