Roasted zucchini

  1. 500 g zucchini
  2. 1/2 ts dried oregano
  3. 1/2 ts dried rosemary
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 2 tbs olive oil
  6. salt

1. Clean and cut the zucchini into slices, add dripping wet to the pot. Add oregano, rosemary, and clove of garlic, heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the vegetable area.

2. At the end of cooking time, remove the lid and let the water evaporate. Add oil and roast the zucchini until golden brown. Remove the garlic, season to taste with salt and serve.
