Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 400 g raw peeled shrimps
- 1 egg
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 1 untreated lime
- salt, pepper
- 1 small red chili
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 1 ts fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 20 g rocket
Preparation
1. Peel shallot and finely chop in the Quick Cut. Put the shrimps in the Quick Cut in batches and chop. Knead everything with egg, breadcrumbs and sesame oil.
2. Grate the lime zest and squeeze out the juice of half a lime. Add 1 teaspoon of lime zest to the shrimp mixture and season well with salt and pepper. Form flat burgers from the mixture, cover and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
3. Core and finely chop the chili, stir with mayonnaise, ginger and 1 tablespoon of lime zest. Season with soy sauce, pepper and lime juice.
4. Clean the spring onion and cut into fine rings; clean the tomato and cut into thin rings. Lightly roast the bread rolls.
5. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a medium level, place the burgers in the pan and roast until the turning point is reached. Turn over the burger and roast again until the turning point is reached.
6. Spread the lime mayonnaise on the bread rolls and anrange the burger together with the rocket.
