Muesli with berries

  1. 4 tbs fine oats
  2. 4 tbs coarse oats
  3. 2 tbs dried cranberries
  4. 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  5. 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  6. 2 tbs cashew nuts
  7. 2 tbs sesame
  8. 2 tbs liquid honey
  9. 250 g fresh berries (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1. Put the oats and cranberries in a bowl. Stir with milk and yogurt and soak for approx. 30 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, finely chop the cashews in the Quick Cut and mix with the sesame and honey.

3. Clean and quarter the berries.

4. Stir the muesli again, spread the nut mixture over top and arrange with berries.

Tip

  • Whether dried cranberries, cherries, pineapples, apple rings, bananas, apricots or plums, you can change things up based on your mood. Even in winter, when the selection of fresh fruit is rather small, you thus have a delicious and fruity variety.
