Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 500 g turkey strips
- 300 g long grain rice
- 1/2 ts dried marjoram
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- salt, pepper
- chili powder / cayenne pepper powder
Preparation
1. Remove the turkey strips from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare them.
2. Peel and mince the onion. Clean and mince the bell pepper and tomatoes.
3. Heat the pot at highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and sear the turkey strips on all sides.
4. Add and sauté the onions. Add the rice, diced bell pepper, tomatoes and marjoram, then deglaze with the broth.
5. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close. Heat the pot at highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 7 minutes in the soft area.
6. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove the Secuquick. Stir and season to taste.
