Fried cauliflower

  1. 700 g cauliflower
  2. 250 ml olive oil
  3. salt

1. Clean the cauliflower and separate it into evenly sized florets.

2. Add oil to the pan and heat on highest level up to the roasting window, then switch to medium level. Add the cauliflower to the oil and cover with the lid.

3. While deep-frying, remove the lid from time to time and dry the inside of the lid with a paper towel. Deep-fry until the cauliflower florets are golden.

4. Remove the cauliflower florets with a skimmer and allow them to dry well on a paper towel, then season with salt and serve immediately.

Tip

  • For even more flavor or an exotic touch, the fried cauliflower rolls can be sprinkled with various spices and chopped herbs.
