Ingredients
- 8 slices toast bread or rye bread
- 4 slices gouda or mozzarella
- 4 slices ham or salami
- 4 tbs red or green pesto
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Cover half of the toasts with your preferred ingredients and cover with the remaining toasts.
3. Place oPan large on Navigenio and set it at highest level until the perfect roasting temperature is reached.
4. Set Navigenio at low flame/level and place the toasts in oPan large. As soon as the Toasts can be loosened, turn and roast from the other side.
5. Serve the hot toasts with a fresh side salad.
Tip
- Suitable as toast topping: - Green or red pesto - Gouda or mozzarella in slices - Sliced ham or salami - rocket salad, strips of paprika, tomato slices or avocado pieces. Use toast bread with a wholemeal portion, which tastes nuttier and scores with valuable fibre.
