Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, celery, onions, leek)
- 2 small red chili
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 1/2 L water
- 2 twigs marjoram
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 ts white peppercorns
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables and chili and finely dice, peel the garlic. Add everything to the pot with the rest of the ingredients, cover with Secuquick softline, and close.
2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook approx. 5 minutes in the soft area. At the end of cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove Secuquick.
3. Pass the broth through a sieve lined with a cloth. Use according to the recipe and season to taste.
Tip
- The vegetable broth is perfect for pasta dishes and risotto.
