Ingredients
- 60 g ginger
- 20 g turmeric
- 2 oranges
- 1 small red chili pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and coarsely cut the ginger and turmeric. Core and halve the chili pepper, squeeze out the orange, and blend everything.
Tip
- We recommend drinking 4 cl of this ginger shot daily to strengthen the immune system. The shot can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
