Ginger shot: Sunrise Immunizer

  1. 60 g ginger
  2. 20 g turmeric
  3. 2 oranges
  4. 1 small red chili pepper

1. Peel and coarsely cut the ginger and turmeric. Core and halve the chili pepper, squeeze out the orange, and blend everything.

Tip

  • We recommend drinking 4 cl of this ginger shot daily to strengthen the immune system. The shot can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
