Ginger shot: Classy Immune Defence

  1. 60 g ginger
  2. 3 lemons
  3. 60 ml honey

1. Peel ginger and cut roughly, squeeze lemons and mix together with the honey.

Tip

  • We recommend 4 cl daily to strenghten the immune system. The ginger shot can be kept in the refridgerator for a few days.
