Ingredients
- 100 g thin bacon strips
- 100 g spring onion
- 6 pizza dough (Ø approx. 22 cm ready-made from fridge or homemade)
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- pepper
Preparation

2. Cut bacon in thin strips. Clean spring onion and cut in small pieces.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place in first dough base, smear with 1/6 of crème fraîce and layer with 1/6 bacon and spring onion.
5. Place pot in inverted lid, place Navigenio overhead and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 1 minute in the Audiotherm and bake until cross.
6. Remove first tarte. Place pot on the Navigenio again and set at level 6. Place the next dough base inside, prepare and bake as written in 4. and 5.. Keep Navigenio at level 6 while putting the topping. Bake overhead at high level for approx. 2 minutes.
7. Spice tarte with pepper before serving.
