Ingredients
- 1 cup white beans
- 1 cup red beans
- 1 1/4 cups chickpeas
- 1 1/4 cups wheat
- 3 onions
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1/4 cup bulgur
- 1 ts cumin
- 1 ts salt
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 L water
Preparation
1. Overview of the ingredients.
2. Soak all grains except rice and bulgur for 6 hours.
3. Peel onions and finely chop.
4. Place the pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6.
5. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set Navigenio at level 2, lift the lid, place the onions and roast them slightly until it becomes brownish.
7. Filter the grain from water and add them, stir well about 3 minutes.
8. Add cumin, salt and olive oil.
9. Pour the water over the grain and close with Secuquick softline.
10. Set Navigenio to "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 3 minutes cooking time, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the turbo symbol appears.
11. At the end of cooking time, place the pot in the inverted lid and leave it to depressurize by itself.
