Leek-ham rolls with cheese sauce

  1. 4 sticks leek (à approx. 200 g)
  2. 20 g butter
  3. 20 g flour
  4. 350 ml milk
  5. 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  6. salt, pepper
  7. instant vegetable broth
  8. dry white wine, according to taste
  9. 4 slices cooked ham

1. Clean leek, cut into pieces of about 20 cm and place it dripping wet in a pot.

2. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.

3. Melt butter in a small pot. As soon as it begins to froth, stir in flour and roast. Stir in milk a little at a time.

4. Let sauce simmer approx. 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Melt processed cheese in the sauce, season with salt, pepper, with instant vegetable broth and if desired, with a shot of white wine.

5. At the end of the cooking time, drain leek, add the cooking liquid to the sauce. Spread leek on ham slices, roll up, place in the pot again and pour cheese sauce over it.

6. Place pot in the inverted lid. Place Navigenio overhead and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 10 minutes in the Audiotherm and gratin until light brown.
