Ingredients
- 12 boneless chicken legs
- 1 lemon
- 1 knife tip ginger powder
- salt, pepper
- 1 pinch dried thyme
Preparation
1. Sprinkle chicken legs with lemon juice and season with ginger powder, pepper and thyme.
2. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set it at level 2 and insert the first portion of chicken pieces. Put on the lid, fit Audiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears. As soon as the turning point at 90 °C has been reached, remove the chicken. Repeat for the remaining pieces.
4. Set Navigenio at "A". Enter approx. 20 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm and cook in the vegetable area.
5. At the end of cooking time, season chicken legs with spices and serve.
