I cannot make crêpes in the oPan. They always stick to the bottom. Does anyone have the same experience and can give me some advice?

For the crêpes you heat up the oPan on the Navigenio or stove on the highest level. When the temperature is ready, which you can see with the waterdrop test, you can pour a little batter in the pan and spread it uniformly. Reduce the heat to low level and wait until the dough is ready to be turned. The first crêpe might stick a little but the following will come out easily.
