I have never been successful so far with the roasting of meat or fish in the Oval Griddle. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how it is done.

To achieve perfect roasting results with the Oval Griddle heat it up on the Navigenio or stove. Use the highest level until you reach the roasting window. Then put the meat or fish into it. Press it to the hot bottom. Close with the lid, reduce the heat and roast the meat or fish on both sides up to the turning point at 90 °C using the Audiotherm. Then you can add further ingredients like garlic, onions, small potatoes or other vegetables and also wine and cook it with the help of Audiotherm in the vegetable window. The cooking time depends on the size of the piece of meat you want to roast. For big pieces it`s about 20 minutes.
