Can i place the pot without lid in convection oven to bake

Dear Maria
If you are using pot of the latest series (M30) you can use it without limitations.
If you are using an older series (M29) you can use it up to 200 °C as these pots have plastic handles that could be damaged in higher temperatures.
If you want to use the pots with the lid, you must always remove the Visiotherm before.
