Ingredients
- 1 ts milled turmeric
- 1 ts milled cumin seed
- 1 ts milled coriander
- 1 ts salt
- 5 tbs olive oil
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 ginger root
- 2 pears
- 2 onions
- 2 cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves dried
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbs honey
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Mix turmeric, cumin, coriander and salt with olive oil and rub chicken legs with it.
3. Peel pears and dice. Pluck and chop the coriander leaves. Peel and grate the ginger.
4. Peel the onions, chop them in Quick Cut and put them in a cold pot.
5. Place EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm on pot, place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and roast the onions briefly. Add the chicken, spread the cinnamon sticks over it, crumble the bay leaves and sprinkle on the chicken.
7. Add coriander, ginger, water and half of the pear cubes.
8. Close pot with EasyQuick with 24 cm sealing ring, set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the steam symbol appears.
9. At the end of the cooking time, fold in the remaining pear cubes and serve drizzled with honey.
