Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper (red or green)
- 150 g drained tuna, in water (canned)
- 150 g penne (short, tube-shaped noodles)
- 400 g sieved tomatoes (tin)
- 200 ml water
- salt, pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan
Preparation
1. Peel and finely chop the onion, clean and chop the bell pepper. Pluck tuna into small pieces with a fork.
2. Mix all ingredients up to and including water in the pot. Put on the Secuquick softline and close.
3. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the soft window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 1 minute in the soft area.
4. After cooking is finished, place the pot in the inverted lid and allow it depressurize by itself.
5. Remove Secuquick, season with salt, pepper and olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
6. Place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 4 minutes.
