Sole fish rolls

  1. 4 fillets of sole
  2. 4 tbs red or green pesto
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 100 g mushrooms
  5. butter for greasing
  6. 100 ml white wine dry
  7. 150 ml cream
  8. salt, pepper
  9. sauce thickener, to taste

1. Brush fish fillets with pesto, roll up, and secure with toothpicks. Peel and finely cut the onion. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth and cut into slices.

2. Grease the Softiera insert with butter and place the fish rolls inside. Add the onion, mushrooms, and white wine in the pot and place the Softiera insert inside it. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 3 minutes in the steam area.

4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, remove the Softiera insert, and keep the fish rolls warm.

5. Add cream to the steaming broth. If desired, use a little sauce thickener (stirring it together with a little water first) to thicken and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the fish rolls with the sauce.

Tip

  • The fish rolls go very well with vegetable rice.
