Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 750 g spare ribs (have the butcher chop them into pieces)
- salt, pepper
- 125 ml white wine
- 3 tbs honey
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 ts AMC Intenso (or cayenne pepper)
Preparation
1. Peel and finely cut the cloves of garlic. Season the spare ribs with salt and pepper and add to the pot with garlic and white wine.
2. Cover with the Secuquick and close. Place the pot on the Navigenio, heat on level 6 up to the turbo window, switch to level 2 and cook the spare ribs for approx. 10 minutes in the turbo area.
3. At the end of cooking time, put the pot in the inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself, remove Secuquick.
4. Drain the cooking liquid. Stir honey, soy sauce and cayenne pepper and brush the ribs with the sauce.
5. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead and switch to the large level, bake for approx. 4 minutes. Turn over the ribs and bake the second side another 4 minutes until the ribs are crispy and golden brown.
Tip
- The marinade is made very delicious too when topped off with mustard or ketchup.
