Ingredients
- 200 g pumpernickel or black bread
- 25 g sugar
- 150 ml cream
- 500 g low-fat curd
- 2 packages vanilla sugar
- 250 g drained sour cherries (preserved)
- 250 g raspberries (fresh or thawed)
- 50 g chocolate shavings
Preparation
1. Finely crumble the bread. Add the sugar to the pot and switch to highest level.
2. As soon as the sugar begins to melt, switch to a low level and lightly caramelize the sugar.
3. Remove the pot from the hob and mix in the crumbs. Place on a sheet of baking paper and let cool.
4. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with curd and vanilla sugar. Carefully mix the sour cherries and raspberries in the Lasagnera.
5. Spread the creamy curd over top. Mix crumbs with the chocolate shavings, spread over top and serve immediately.
