Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh broad beans
- 300 g floury potatoes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 300 g chicory
- olive oil to taste
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Remove the beans from the pods. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add both to the pot with the vegetable broth.
2. Clean and finely cut the chicory, place in the sieve insert and place on the pot.
3. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the steam area.
4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, puree the beans with a hand blender.
5. Season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper and plate with the chicory.
