Deep-fried fish and seafood

  1. 300 ml beer
  2. 300 g flour
  3. 1 ts salt
  4. 800 ml oil for deep frying
  5. 350 g raw peeled shrimps
  6. 150 g fresh anchovies, ready to cook
  7. 350 g small cuttlefishes (sepia), ready to cook
  8. flour for handling

1. Stir the beer, flour and salt into a batter.

2. Add oil to the pan and heat on highest level up to the roasting window, coat the seafood and the fish in batches, first with flour and then with the beer batter.

3. Switch the hob to medium level and add the food to be deep-fried directly to the oil.

4. Deep-fry until the turning point is reached. Turn over and deep-fry uncovered until everything is golden brown. Allow to drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
