Ingredients
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 120 ml water
Preparation
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in cubes.
2. Pour approx. 120 ml of water into the pot, put the potatoes cubes in the Softiera insert, place in the pot and close with the EasyQuick with the 20 cm sealing ring.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 16 minutes in the steam area.
Tip
- The diced potatoes can also be prepared using the normal lid in the vegetable window. The cooking time in this case is approx. 20 minutes.
