Ingredients
- 1/2 mango (very ripe)
- 100 g curd (low fat)
- 1 organic lime
- AMC Pepper Trio (or pepper)
- AMC Pure (or dried Italian herbs)
Preparation
1. Cut the mango from the stone, peel and coarsely dice the mango pulp.
2. Put the mango in the Quick Cut and finely blend, zest the lime peel, squeeze out half a lime and add to the mango puree with the curd.
3. Season to taste with spices and serve.
Tip
- The dip tastes very good with grilled meat and fish, boiled potatoes and flatbread.
- The curd can be substituted for coconut or soy yogurt to make it a vegan dish.
