Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes
- 250 g curd (low fat)
- 4 tbs fresh herbs, chopped
- salt, pepper
- 8 stalks chives
- 1 tbs cream cheese
Preparation
1. Cut off the bottom quarter of the tomatoes as a lid.
2. Hollow out tomatoes and halve the lid in the middle. Wash the herbs and finely chop in the Quick Cut.
3. Put the curd and herbs in the Quick Cut and stir until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Fill the tomatoes with the curd mixture, place the halved lid on it as a wing and place the chives on the front part of the tomato as a feeler.
5. Dab small dots on the wings with cream cheese.
