  1. 150 ml milk
  2. 150 ml water
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 100 g butter, melted
  5. 150 g unrefined brown sugar
  6. 100 g spelt flour
  7. 150 g whole-wheat flour
  8. 1 ts baking powder
  9. 80 g cacao
  10. 150 g walnuts, chopped

1. Whisk milk, water, eggs, melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix together with the remaining ingredients into a dough. Cut out a circle of baking paper with the help of a 20 cm lid.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, place the baking paper inside and spread the cake mixture on top.

3. Place Navigenio overhead and switch to the small level, bake for approx. 20 minutes. At the end of the baking time, switch off the Navigenio and bake for about 5 minutes with the residual heat. Then take out the cake and let it cool.
