Our mobile hotplate Navigenio is not only suitable for cooking, roasting, fast-cooking and steaming – you can even bake with it! Whether it is airy bread, a juicy cake or a hearty chicken roast – with Navigenio you can bake it in no time at all. How do you do it? It's simple:
Just turn the Navigenio upside down, put it on your AMC pot and you've turned it into a small oven! On the back of the Navigenio there are two baking levels. The low level is symbolized by one line and is suitable for everything that needs to be cooked through and therefore should not brown too quickly, such as cakes, bread and chicken roast. The high level – symbolized with two lines – is used for gratinating (more on this in the upcoming blog post).
After you have set the low level, the Navigenio flashes alternately red and blue. While it switches between the colors, you can set the baking time in the Audiotherm. When the baking time is set, the Navigenio flashes only blue, the radio symbol appears on the Audiotherm and off you go!
Baking with Navigenio is not only easy, but also brings you other advantages over the conventional oven.
