Ingredients
- 100 g broccoli
- 50 g carrot
- 50 g red bell pepper
- 15 g cashew nuts
Preparation
1. Cut broccoli into florets.
2. Peel carrots and cut into slices.
3. Clean bell pepper and cut in slices.
4. Clean and rinse the mixed vegetables.
5. Put vegetables dripping wet into the pot.
6. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at Automatic "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
7. While waiting, chop cashew nuts with the Quick Cut.
8. Serve with chopped cashew nuts.
