Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- flour for processing
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough and let it rest for one hour at room temperature.
3. Knead the dough vigorously again, divide into 8-10 small balls and roll out thinly.
4. Heat oPan large at highest level/flame until the perfect roasting temperature has been reached.
5. Set at medium level/flame and put a chapati in oPan large.
6. After approx. 2 minutes turn and bake until done. Continue with the remaining Chapati.
Tip
- These Indian Chapati taste particularly good with curry dishes or for dipping in chutneys.
