Ingredients
- 1 ts cumin seeds
- 60 g onions, chopped
- 1 ts ginger garlic paste
- 150 g tomatoes, chopped
- 300 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 ts red chilli powder
- 1/2 ts turmeric powder
- 1 ts coriander powder
- 1/2 ts garam masala
- 1/2 ts salt to taste
Garnishing
- 2 tbs coriander leaves, chopped
Preparation
1. Place pot on hob and set it to highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears
2. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, open the lid and add cumin seeds, chopped onions and roast till onions turn light pink in colour.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and potatoes. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
4. Close the pot with Secuquick softline, switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 1 minute cooking time, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it till turbo symbol appears.
5. At the end of cooking time switch off the hob. Place Secuquick in the inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
